Sourcing value through relationship
Michael Cizek is looking to buy and operate a small business in the Pacific Northwest in the next 1-3 years. But for now, he’s de-risking himself as a future operator by working with great CEOs/owners and taking ownership of different growing aspects of their businesses.
He is captivated by the opportunity SMBs offer because he’s able to A) offer his future team members incredible respect and dignity in the work they do B) build lifelong customer relationships by offering the best product/service anywhere C) be involved in and [hopefully] improve the community that the business serves D) have greater autonomy over his personal/professional life, and E) earn a strong ROI for my investor team. In that order.
Michael has worked as a Chief of Staff for a PE-backed training company, was a top BDR/AE at Zoom (Zoom fun), and sold advertising for charity. Outside of work, he volunteers with local middle schoolers at his church, goes on adventures with his wife Catie, and can be seen riding his bike everywhere.
Michael holds a M.S. in International Business and a B.A. in Marketing, both from the University of Florida…Go Gators!
